The historic building, dating back to the late 19th century, will be revitalized while preserving its architectural character and heritage values, and at the same time adapted to accommodate new functions.

The main objective of the project is to preserve the building’s historical identity while adapting it for contemporary use. The ground floor is planned to house restaurant and dining facilities, while the second floor and attic level will accommodate seven administrative units.

Particular attention has been paid to heritage conservation. The historic façade composition will be preserved, valuable architectural elements will be restored, historic courtyard entrances will be reinstated, and the culturally significant wooden staircase will be conserved and refurbished in accordance with heritage protection requirements.

The building will also be adapted to ensure accessibility for all users. A platform lift for people with disabilities is planned, while overall functionality and accessibility will be improved. The site will include additional parking spaces, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, preserved mature greenery, and protection of the natural heritage landmark known as the Broad-Crowned Oak.
