HANZA, Business Centre, Interior

Year: 2020 - 2025

The interior concept of the Hanza project was developed to establish a direct relationship between the building’s exterior and interior. The interior solutions adopt the characteristics and materiality of the facade, preserving the pronounced vertical rhythm of its textures. Partitions in the main shared spaces, together with the vertical circulation core are wrapped in a shell of facade ceramics. The rough surface texture and ceramic tones flow consistently through all levels of the building. To ensure acoustic comfort, architectural felt elements are integrated, including ceiling baffles, wall and column cladding, and decorative wall accents. The background surfaces of the floors and partitions are subdued in a dark grey shadow-like tone to emphasize the natural tone and vibrant surface of ceramic elements.
