One of the most ambitious urban transformations in Klaipėda – the “Memelio City” project – is progressing steadily. The former industrial “Laivitė” territory is being reimagined as a vibrant recreational and residential district. Following an international competition, our proposal was awarded first place.
Occupying a 5-hectare site in the very heart of Klaipėda, at the confluence of the Danė River and the Curonian Lagoon, the area has long served port-related functions. Today, it is undergoing a significant conversion, with the first developments already under construction: a Class A business center and premium residential housing.
