KFC, Prototype

Year: 2020
Gross built area: 80 / 100 / 120 m²
Building function: Restaurant
Team: Tomas Rimkus

This case study presents three fixed-size modular prototypes—small, medium, and large—for a chain restaurant. Each option is designed as a ready-to-use solution that can be selected according to specific site conditions and operational needs. The volumes emphasize key functional connections such as the entrance, outdoor terrace, and drive-thru to ensure efficient customer flow and service. The universal design allows the prototypes to be adapted for any restaurant brand, offering a practical and visually cohesive approach. This concept provides flexible site selection, streamlined construction, and consistent brand identity across diverse locations.
